ETA are currently seeking experienced Diesel Fitters and Mechanical Fitters with diesel experience for an ongoing opportunity based in Smithfield, NSW.
 
Ideally we are looking for mechanically minded tradespeople with experience working on diesel equipment, heavy machinery and industrial equipment.
 
Position Details

• Location: Smithfield, NSW (additional yard in Kellyville)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-10 hours per day
• Saturday work: overtime available
• Pay Rate: $56.20-$62.50 per hour, depending on experience
• Work Type: Ongoing opportunity

About the Role
The work will involve servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of industrial and heavy mobile equipment, including:

• Trucks, excavators, diggers and other diesel-powered machinery
• Industrial and fixed plant equipment
• Mechanical repairs, maintenance and fault finding
• General workshop duties, including occasional welding

Skills & Requirements

• Trade-qualified Diesel Fitter or Mechanical Fitter
• Strong diesel mechanical experience
• Experience with heavy machinery, trucks or industrial equipment
• Ability to carry out mechanical maintenance and repairs
• White Card
• Truck license highly regarded
