JEFF EARNSHAW-SMITH

Managing Director and Founder

Jeff has been working in the Australian and South East Asian markets for over 20 years, specialising in the recruitment, HR consulting, mining, engineering and construction/maintenance sectors.

With over 15 years’ experience in the recruitment industry alone, Jeff’s industry knowledge makes him a leading expert in the field. Jeff’s expertise in recruitment includes various successful management roles within several global leading recruitment agencies. Jeff is now Managing Director and Founder of Engineering Trades Australia 

Jeff is a valued professional with a sound understanding of what recruitment involves. His expertise in both the Engineering and Recruitment sectors is vast and detailed, so you know each job requirement is met to the highest standard.

ROSS DONNELLY

Director and Founder

Ross has a wealth of experience in Australian based recruitment, having worked in the industry for over 20 years he is now a Director of Engineering Trades Australia.

Ross has previously worked in national and WA based management positions for well-known global organisations and smaller boutique companies, where he specialised in engineering, infrastructure, construction and property recruitment.

Ross has a proven track record of establishing and fostering strong relationships with companies of all types and sizes. Skilled in creating, developing and executing effective sourcing strategies, Ross has delivered results sourcing staff across a wide range of technical roles through to Labour Hire for various project sizes.

NOT JUST ANY TRADESMAN

We understand that not all engineering tradespeople are the same. Workshops, fixed plant, mobile plant, fabrication, shutdowns, on-going maintenance – the list goes on. We get that your temporary contractor needs will vary from assignment-to-assignment, so we have ready candidates for your varied needs.

Our workforce is tried and tested, inducted to major mine sites with current medicals on file to ensure contractors can be mobilised at short notice.
